1. Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from receipt of your goods to change your mind and return your order for a refund.
2. How to Return
Please email support@carryking.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods and will be issued to your original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
4. Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
